Founder of the IEL Model (Investment • Enjoyment • Legacy) — a structured framework designed to bring institutional discipline to investment in film and television while recognising the emotional, cultural and long-term value of storytelling.
IEL applies principles such as portfolio thinking, governance, risk oversight and structured decision-making to the creative industries, helping investors and partners engage with film and television in a more transparent and sustainable way.
IEL operates independently of my consulting assignments and reflects a long-standing interest in how creative industries can be supported with the same rigour applied in regulated environments.

Trajectory-Global
Co-founder of Trajectory-Global, an independent strategic consultancy currently in development, focused on intervention intelligence — helping organisations understand and address complex, interconnected challenges affecting long-term performance.
Development to date has focused on methodology design, concept validation and early pilot engagements, drawing on experience across regulated environments and complex organisations.
Trajectory-Global operates as a stand-alone initiative and does not form part of my day-to-day consulting availability.

These engagements inform my broader advisory work without detracting from my primary consulting focus.
